An industrial allocation is an allocation of units which is given to a business carrying out an activity that is recognised as being impacted by the NZETS.
We'll be carrying out a small upgrade to our website today, Thursday 28 October at 5.30 pm. There will a short disruption during this time. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
The purpose of industrial allocations is to mitigate this impact and ensure that no part of the economy is unfairly affected.
Each year we decide on the number of New Zealand Units (NZUs) allocated to eligible industry applicants, which can be found on the industrial allocations page.
