On 9 May 2022 the Whakatāne commercial boat harbour released its draft conditions.
Under the COVID-19 Recovery (Fast-track Consenting) Act 2020 (the Act), an expert consenting panel must invite comments on the draft conditions of a resource consent application or notice of requirement from every person or group that provided comments in response to an invitation given under clause 17.
The panel issued Minute 4 inviting comments from the applicant and all those who responded to the invitation for comment under clause 17(2).
