Oyster Capital Limited has applied for resource consent to subdivide land on Waihoehoe Road, Drury South Auckland and develop the site for residential use.
The Minister for the Environment decided to refer this application to an expert consenting panel, and on 5 November 2021, Schedule 33 was inserted into the COVID-19 Recovery (Fast-track Consenting) Referred Projects Order 2020.
