The expert consenting panel appointed to determine The Vines Affordable Subdivision application has made its decision. Read the decision report and information on appeals.
On 17 September 2021 the expert consenting panel declined the application by Jason and Angela Mudgway to develop a subdivision in Hope, south of Richmond.

The expert consenting panel’s decision can be appealed to the High Court in whole or in part on questions of law only.
Any of the following people or groups may appeal:
A notice of appeal must be filed with the Registrar of the High Court within 15 working days after the date the person is notified of the expert consenting panel’s decision. A copy of the notice of appeal must also be served on the EPA.
