This application is for a project to develop 45 residential sections in Richmond, south of Nelson.
On 5 March 2021, the applicants, Jason and Angela Mudgway, lodged an application for the Vines Affordable Subdivision project.
On 12 March 2021, the EPA determined that the application complied with the requirements set out in clause 3, Schedule 6 of the Act, and could be provided to the panel appointed to determine the application.

On 31 May 2021, an addendum was submitted to The Vines Affordable Subdivision Expert Consenting Panel on behalf of the applicant. This addendum related to the Stormwater Assessment and Report for the proposed development at 115 Main Road, Hope, prepared by Envirolink Ltd in January 2021.
