The Vines Affordable Subdivision
A fast-track consenting referred project to create a subdivision in Richmond, Nelson with 45 residential lots, stormwater detention, recreation reserves, walkways and roading.

On 24 August 2021, the Expert Consenting Panel issued Minute 9, lifting the suspension to process the application.
Jason and Angela Mudgway plan to develop 45 residential allotments, along with the supporting roading, three waters infrastructure and recreational reserves. The project site is at 115 Main Road Hope (SH6), south of Richmond.
On 4 December 2020, Schedule 6 was inserted into the COVID-19 Recovery (Fast-track Consenting) Referred Projects Order 2020 (the “referral order”), by clause 4 of the COVID-19 Recovery (Fast-track Consenting) Referred Projects Amendment Order (No 2) 2020.
This was in order to give effect to the decision made by the Minister for the Environment to refer the project to an expert consenting panel, pursuant to Section 26 of the Act.
