Caucusing on economic effects
On 18 November 2021, the Panel issued Minute 7 directing the applicant and the economics expert Simon Harris to caucus and record the caucusing in a Joint Witness Statement.

Commissioned reports and advice
At any time before the expert consenting panel issues its final decision on the Silverlight Studios application, the panel may direct the EPA to commission a report on an issue relevant to the application under clause 25(1)(b) Schedule 6 of the Act.
On 16 November 23021, Landwaterpeople Limited provided a report on the economic assessment on whether the Silverlight Studios application will have an effect on the housing market that is more than minor.

Further information requests
At any time before the Expert Consenting Panel issues its final decision on the Silverlight Studios resource consent application, it can request further information under clause 25(1)(a) Schedule 6 of the Act.
