On 9 November 2021, the Silverlight Studios Wanaka Expert Consenting Panel released draft conditions.
Under the COVID-19 Recovery (Fast-track Consenting) Act 2020, an expert consenting panel must invite comments on its draft conditions from every person or group that commented on the application when invited by the Panel.
The Panel notes more conditions could be produced after receiving further information from the special adviser contracted to provide advice on economics.
