The application
The application documents for the development of a public boat ramp facility at Rangitane in the Bay of Islands.
On 21 September 2021, the applicants, Far North District Council and Far North Holdings Limited, lodged an application for the Rangitane maritime development.
On 28 September 2021, the EPA determined that the application complied with the requirements set out in Clause 3, Schedule 6 of the Act, and could be provided to a panel to determine the application.
