Expert conferencing
Expert conferencing was requested by the Expert Consenting Panel in areas relating to the infrastructure of the Ōmāhu residential development.
At the encouragement of the Panel, the applicant, a group from Auckland Council and special advisors to the Panel undertook expert conferencing. On 28 January 2022, the following documents were received by the EPA at the completion of conferencing.
Applicant and Auckland Council Group
The applicant and the Auckland Council Group conferenced on draft conditions. On 24 January 2022, the applicant provided the EPA with a marked up version of draft conditions agreed during these sessions.

On 9 February 2022, Auckland Council provided a version of the draft conditions with commentary. Further comments were also included in the email accompanying the draft conditions.
