On 23 March 2021, CPM 2019 Ltd lodged an application for the subdivision and construction of a mixed commercial and residential development in Glen Eden, Auckland.
On 30 March 2021, the EPA determined that the application complied with the requirements set out in clause 3, Schedule 6 of the Act and could be provided to the panel appointed to determine the application.

On 20 May 2021, the EPA, on behalf of the Nola Estate Expert Consenting Panel, requested the applicant clarify a number of points in the application documents. A response is to be provided to the EPA by Wednesday 2 June 2021.
