The construction of a 12-storey office building at 55-61 Molesworth Street, Wellington will include a 50-space basement car park and ground floor retail and cafe space.
On 4 June 2021, the EPA determined that the application complied with the requirements set out in clause 3, Schedule 6 of the Act, and the referral order, and provided it to the panel appointed to determine the application.
