Proposed draft conditions for the Molesworth Street Office Development (PDF, 294KB)

Under the COVID-19 Recovery (Fast-track Consenting) Act 2020 (the Act), an expert consenting panel must invite comments on the draft conditions of a resource consent application or notice of requirement from every person or group that provided comments in response to an invitation given under clause 17.

The panel issued Minute 8 inviting comments from the applicant and all those who responded to the invitation for comment under clause 17(2).

On 4 November 2021, the Panel issued Minute 11 regarding minor changes to the draft conditions. The panel is now seeking comments on these changes.
