Primeproperty Group Limited plans to construct a 12-storey office building including retail/café space and a basement carpark located at 55-61 Molesworth Street, Wellington.
On 13 November 2020, Schedule 5 was inserted into the COVID-19 Recovery (Fast-track Consenting) Referred Projects Order 2020 (the referral order), by clause 4 of the COVID-19 Recovery (Fast-track Consenting) Referred Projects Amendment Order (No 2) 2020.
