Comments on the resource consent application or notice of requirement must be invited from the persons or groups set out in clause 17 of Schedule 6 of the COVID-19 Recovery (Fast-track Consenting) Act 2020.
On 3 February 2022, the panel released Minute 1 recording their decision on which parties are to be invited to comment and the date these need to be received by the EPA.
