The application
On 23 March 2022, Cappella Group Limited and Karaka North Village Limited lodged an application to subdivide land and construct a housing development, together with a community centre and commercial centre, in Karaka North, Auckland.
The redevelopment will include:
- commercial and residential units
- community facilities
- associated infrastructure.
On 29 March 2022, the EPA determined that the application complied with the requirements set out in clause 3, Schedule 6 of the COVID-19 Recovery (Fast-track Consenting) Act 2020, and can be provided to a panel to determine the application.
