Comments on the resource consent application or notice of requirement must be invited from the persons or groups set out in clause 17 of Schedule 6 of the COVID-19 Recovery (Fast-track Consenting) Act 2020.
On 30 September 2021, the Kapuni Green Hydrogen Expert Consenting Panel released Minute 1 inviting parties to comment on the application. Comments need to be received by the EPA by 21 October 2021.
