On 28 April 2022 Te Aranga Alliance, on behalf of Kāinga Ora (the applicant), lodged an application for the Eastern Porirua Regeneration Project - infrastructure works.
On 4 May 2022, the EPA determined that the application complied with the requirements set out in clause 3, Schedule 6 of the Act, and could be provided to the panel appointed to determine the application.
