The application documents for the project to construct a mixed-use high-rise building in central Auckland.
This project plans to demolish an existing parking building in Federal Street, central Auckland, and construct a mixed-use building, approximately 55-storeys high. It will contain residential units, retail and commercial premises, and parking spaces. P0012 Auckland NZ Pty Limited lodged the Federal Street Residences application with the EPA on 22 February 2022.
On 28 February 2022, the EPA determined that the application complied with the requirements set out in clause 3, Schedule 6 of the COVID-19 Recovery (Fast-track Consenting) Act 2020 (the Act), and the referral order, and provided it to the panel appointed to determine the application.
