The panel issued Minute 4 directing the cultural impact assessments by Ngai Tai ki Tamaki and Ngaati Whanaunga be withheld for the duration of the proceedings under the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987.
The Minute also directs the cultural impact assessments by Ngati Te Ata and Ngati Tamaoho to be made available on the EPA website.
