The expert consenting panel appointed to determine the Drury Central and Paerata Stations application has made its decision. Read the decision report and information on appeals.
On 3 February 2022 the expert consenting panel granted consents subject to conditions, and confirmed notices of requirements subject to conditions for the Drury Central and Paerata rail stations application under the COVID-19 Recovery (Fast-track Consenting) Act 21020.

The expert consenting panel’s decision can be appealed to the High Court in whole or in part on questions of law only.
Any of the following persons may appeal:
A notice of appeal must be filed with the Registrar of the High Court within 15 working days after the date the person is notified of the expert consenting panel’s decision. A copy of the notice of appeal must also be served on the EPA.
