Under the COVID-19 Recovery (Fast-track Consenting) Act 2020 (the Act), an expert consenting panel must invite comments on the draft conditions of a resource consent application, or notice of requirement, from every person or group that provided comments in response to an invitation given under clause 17.
The panel released the draft conditions, inviting comments from the applicant and all those who responded to the invitation for comments under clause 17(2).
Comments were received by the EPA no later than 9 December 2021.
