As part of their further information response, the applicants provided separately, a full set of updated architectural plans. The applicants noted that some of the drawings referenced in the draft conditions were not included in the Appendix 9 of the application documents. These were the 1:100 plans for Blocks A-D. On 4 May 2021, Pudong Housing Development Ltd, Foodstuffs North Island Ltd and Silk Road Management Ltd have lodged an application for land-use consent and subdivision consent for the demolition of existing buildings and redevelopment of the site at 360 Dominion Road, 88 Prospect Terrace and 113 Grange Road, Mt Eden, Auckland.
The redevelopment will include a supermarket, retail, commercial and residential units, parking and loading and associated works.
On 11 May 2021, the EPA determined that the application complied with the requirements set out in clause 3, Schedule 6 of the Act, and can be provided to a panel to determine the application.
