The Beachlands Housing Development expert consenting panel can request further information before it issues its final decision.
At any time before the expert consenting panel issues its final decision on the Drury East Stage 1 Precinct application, the panel may direct the EPA to commission a report on an issue relevant to the application under clause 25(1)(b) Schedule 6 of the COVID-19 Recovery (Fast-track Consenting) Act 2020 (the Act).
