At any time before the expert consenting panel issues its final decision on the Queenstown arterials project resource consent application and notice of requirement, the panel may direct the EPA to request further information or prepare or commission reports under clause 25 Schedule 6 of the Act.
If the expert consenting panel has commissioned the EPA to request further information from the applicant, Queenstown Lakes District Council, the responses can be found on the application page.

Correspondence to and from the panel
The relevant local authorities for the Queenstown arterials project are Queenstown Lakes District Council (QLDC) and Otago Regional Council (ORC). On 11 February 2021, the expert consenting panel directed the EPA to request further information from QLDC and ORC.
