The Environmental Protection Authority (EPA) has created a tool kit to assist potential applicants and submitters including application and submission forms and guides around the EPA process. More information on EPA processes and what the EPA does can be found on the About us page.

In addition, forms to make a submission on matters that the Minister has referred to a board of inquiry or the Environment Court will be made available here.
