From 1 July 2011, there were some minor changes to the process for applying to import or export an ozone-depleting substance.
You must now use a specific form to make an
application, and submit your application to us. We will not accept an
application that is not on the approved form.
The criteria for deciding whether or not to
approve an application are now specified in the legislation. Any
applications made from 1 July 2011 onwards must be made according to the
rules explained below.
