To apply for a Controlled Substance Licence (CSL), you need to:
- complete the relevant application form
- supply the original documents requested
- pay the application fees.

Application fees
Application fees can be found in the
Fees and Charges Schedule and are paid to your test certifier. You will also be charged for any assistance received for making the CSL application.
