Applying for a minor or technical amendment

A hazardous substance approval may be amended via a minor or technical amendment if:

  • it is a correction of a minor or technical error; or
  • the amendment is minor in effect.

How do you apply for a minor or technical amendment?

Anyone can make an application.  

Applications are not open for public submission.  If the application affects an approval that had been the subject of a public hearing then we will notify it in The Bulletin and on our website.

Fees:

Amendments that require significant technical input: $575.00

Correction of minor errors: $115.00
