A hazardous substance approval may be amended via a minor or technical amendment if:
- it is a correction of a minor or technical error; or
- the amendment is minor in effect.

Anyone can make an application.
Applications are not open for public submission. If the application affects an approval that had been the subject of a public hearing then we will notify it in The Bulletin and on our website.
