Annual ETS reports

Each year the EPA reports on activity in the New Zealand Emissions Trading Scheme (ETS). We release three reports: the Annual ETS Report, the Synthetic Greenhouse Gas Levy Report, and an informal factsheet.

The reports provide information on how many businesses were in the ETS, how much greenhouse gas they emitted or removed, and give year-on-year comparisons.

The Synthetic Greenhouse Gas Levy Report provides details of how the levy was applied over the year.
