Submissions are now being sought on a revised draft Test Certifier Performance Standard for
the issuing of Class 1 (Explosives) Approved Handler Test Certificates.
Part 2
of the standard was previously released for consultation in January 2011. This
revised version has taken account of the feedback from that consultation and now includes: Part 1, Standard of the assessment for approved handlers and Part 2, Information requirements for a test
certificate.

of this document.
