Ngaruroro and Clive rivers water conservation order: Submissions and notification

Five parties have made an application for a water conservation order for the Ngaruroro and Clive rivers. The Environmental Protection Authority is managing the application process, and will support the Special Tribunal that has been set up to consider and report on this application. This page contains information on submissions and notification

Submissions received

The application for a Water Conservation Order for Ngaruroro and Clive rivers was publicly notified on Monday, 24 July 2017. Submissions on the application closed at 4 pm on 24 August 2017. 

A total of 388 submissions were received.
