of the Submitters
A Friend of Submitters is available to provide submitters and
further
submitters with assistance on the board of inquiry process.
The Friend of Submitters for the plan change is Mark St Clair,
of Hill
Young Cooper Ltd, who can be contacted by phone on 04 473 5310, or
email m.stclair@hyc.co.nz.
On 16 February 2011, the EPA held a public meeting to discuss
the EPA processes during the plan change, including the submission process.

Other
assistance for submitters
Submitters should be aware of the Environmental Legal
Assistance Fund
(ELA Fund) available through the Ministry for the Environment. The Fund
provides not-for-profit groups with financial assistance to advocate
for an environmental issue of public interest in resource management
cases being considered by the Environment Court, or by a board of
inquiry.
