
Hearing Procedures
The Board have issued hearing
procedures which outline the way in which the hearing will operate.
They include information which outlines timetable for reports and
evidence exchange, evidence requirements, and the proposed hearing
order and time limits. Parties who are interested in being involved in
the hearing process should review these procedures.

Board Directions
On the 23 March 2011, the Board accepted two late submissions
pursuant to sectino 37(1)(b) of the Resource Management Act 1991.

On 12 May 2011, the Board issued a minute which outlines
questinos raised with the board's legal advisor about offsetting,
further questions raised with Greater Wellington, the proposed
itenerary for the Board's site visit, the agenda for a pre-hearing
conference to be held on 20 June 2011.

On 8 June 2011, the Board issued a minute directing that an
expert witness caucus be held for witnesses who have lodged evidence as
planning experts.

On 21 June 2011, the Board issued a minute directing that an
expert witness caucus be held for witnesses who have lodged evidence as

On 21 June 2011, the Board issued a minute which outlines the

On 2 June 2011, the EPA received a Memorandum of Counsel on
behalf of NZTA in response to the Board Minute dated 12 May 2011
concerning the pre-hearing conference and site visit. On 8 June 2011
the Board responded.
