Local Authority Key Issues Reports
Section 149G(3) of the Resource Management Act 1991 requires the EPA to commission a report from the local authorities on the key issues in relation to the matter. The Transmission Gully Plan Change section 149G(3) report can be viewed here:
Planning Reports
The Board has sought two planning reports, commissioned under section 42A of the RMA.

The Board has written to Greater Wellington Regional Council seeking that it address particular matters in the section 42A report supplementary comment - due with the EPA on 27 June 2011.
