The EPA released the Board of Inquiry draft decision report on the NZTA’s request for changes to the Greater Wellington Regional Freshwater Plan.

The period for making comments on the Draft Decision Report ended on Friday 23 September 2011. The following comments were received and have been passed on to the Board of Inquiry for their consideration:
