Submitter evidence was due with the EPA by 5.00pm on Wednesday 21 December 2011.
If you chose not to give evidence you can still make a representation at the hearing. A representation:
- Involves a statement on the decision the submitter wants the Board to make.
- May highlight the main points of the submission, and/or respond to submissions made by other parties.
- May include additional information to support the submission (this information cannot go beyond the grounds of the original submission).
- Can include how you feel about the matters.
