Evidence in chief from the three applicants was received on 18 November 2011, and submitter's expert evidence was received on Wednesday 21 December 2011. Rebuttal evidence from the applicants was received on Friday 20 January 2012.
The Board has agreed to the applicants’ request for an additional week to submit rebuttal evidence in relation to sedimentation issues (27 January 2012). The Board has also agreed a time extension for the submission of supplementary evidence from the submitter’s experts with regard to the Te Puka stream section of the route and updated proposed conditions (3 February 2012), and the submitter’s planning experts with regard to updated proposed conditions and evidence from other experts (9 February 2012).
