The New Zealand King Salmon Board of Inquiry considered the proposal from The New Zealand King Salmon Co. Limited (NZ King Salmon) for two plan change requests to the Marlborough Sounds Resource Management Plan (MSRMP) and applications for resource consents for salmon farms and salmon farming at nine sites in the Marlborough Sounds. A plan of the sites can be viewed on the map below.

Two appeals have been lodged with the High Court. The hearing on these appeals is scheduled for 27-30 May 2013 in Blenheim. For further information regarding these appeals please contact the High Court (Blenheim Registry) directly.
